Job Title: UX Researcher

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 9+ Month with Possible extension

Pay Range: $60-$65/h on DOE

Duties and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology or an equivalent field in the behavioral sciences, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Can conduct quantitative analysis in R, SPSS or Python
  • At least five years of industry experience as a hands-on researcher, working across multiple platforms
  • Expertise in a broad range of methodologies including quantitative research, A/B testing, ethnographic research, interviews, usability testing, and putting together long-term research plans
  • Superior creativity and passion for what you do
  • Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex projects in a timely manner
  • Strong leadership qualities that enable you to lead cross-functional teams and third-party partners when needed
  • Able to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information and present the results to the stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Portfolio that includes examples of leading strategic research with significant business outcomes
