Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. is hiring: Cabinet Repair Artist in Franklin

Kitchen Tune-Up Franklin is seeking a Tune-Up Artist to work on kitchen cabinet projects in Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals seeking a flexible schedule to fill a part-time position and work approximately 2-3 days per week, with opportunity for immediate advancement with your desired skill-set. The position starts at $17 per hour, with increases available after a 60-day probationary period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Arrive to job site on time in appropriate work clothing.
2. Follow our checklist to repair wood cabinets and other wood surfaces by repairing color and color matching.
3. Follow instructions as given by the project manager.
4. Follow Kitchen Tune-Up’s customer service TrustPoints.
5. Keep the work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
6. Communicate your progress.
7. Work quickly and efficiently.
8. Ability to work in Franklin and surrounding communities.

Additional Requirements:

1. Stellar work ethic.
2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating.
3. Experience with woodworking and finishing a plus.
4. Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level.
5. Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
6. Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record.
7. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
8. Ability to color-match (cannot be color blind).
