Job Summary
StretchLab Glenview, IL is hiring an experienced Studio Sales Manager to join our growing team and be a part of the fastest growing Health & Wellness concept in the country. This individual must have experience in membership sales, a passion for health & fitness, and will oversee revenue production and operations of an established studio. This role is 80% Sales and 20% operations.
Base Hourly Rate: $22-$24/hour based on experience. Monthly Bonus Based on Studio Performance.
Compensation includes: Base Rate + Monthly Bonus + Complimentary StretchLab Membership + Paid Training + Paid Time Off + Health Insurance + Major Growth Opportunities in Area Management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years Sales Management or Fitness or Wellness Membership Sales experience
- 2+ years Face to Face Health, Wellness and Fitness Customer Service experience
- Confident in the Sales Process, Grass Roots Marketing, Lead Generating, converting, nurturing and retaining studio memberships
- Ability to hire, train, coach and lead a team of 10-15 people
- Ability to manage/drive revenue streams from memberships to retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, phone, text and email
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable & neat
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with owners, co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers, social media and StretchLab studio software
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead follow up from Grassroots Marketing, Community Networking & Digital Advertising
- Drive Membership sales, satisfaction and retention
- Schedule/participate in presale pop-up events & studio promotions
- Implement sales process and schedule prospects to Intro Stretch & membership conversion
- Collect outstanding dues and resolve customer concerns
- Manage, train & coach Sales Team and Flexologists
- Proficiency in revenue report, attendance reports, performance reports & scheduling
- Responsible for providing the first positive impression of the studio
- Provide studio tours and convert from intro stretch to memberships
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- Enforce StretchLab policies & procedures
- Ensure all forms, admin supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Participate in meetings & webinars with owners and StretchLab Corporate
- Attend and complete three day General Manager training in Irvine, CA
