As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and take our brand to the next level.

Role Description

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive lead generation, ensure lead stability in scheduling, and enhance brand awareness across all channels. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the home improvement industry, strong leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience in marketing. This role requires expertise in building and managing a high-performing marketing team and working with outsourced agencies to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Scheduling Stability: Develop and execute strategies to consistently generate high-quality leads and maintain a stable project schedule.
  2. Brand Awareness: Enhance the NW Builders and Renovation brand through creative and impactful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  3. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee social media, email campaigns, PPC, Google Ads, SEO efforts, and digital marketing strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
  4. Team Building & Management: Build and lead a marketing team skilled in:
  • SEO and content creation
  • Social media management
  • Digital marketing (PPC, Google Ads)
  • Agency Management: Select, manage, and collaborate with outsourced marketing agencies to achieve business goals.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop marketing materials, literature, and campaigns tailored to promote our services, including roofing, remodeling, and new construction.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and refine strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all campaigns deliver maximum ROI.
  • Qualifications

    1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the home improvement industry.
    2. Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand management.
    3. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and lead generation platforms.
    4. Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
    5. Experience working with and managing outsourced marketing agencies.
    6. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
    7. Ability to analyze data and use insights to refine strategies.
    8. Familiarity with industry platforms such as Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, or similar lead generation sites is a plus.
