Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves collaborating with architects and engineers to create innovative designs that meet client specifications while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Duties / Responsibilities General knowledge of architectural drawings. Competent with Revit/AutoCAD drawings production min 3-year experience. Clear communicator, able to work with team and take direction from more senior staff. May be working towards architectural license however not required General knowledge of city submittal process. General understanding of consultant coordination. General understanding of building assemblies and detailing of building systems Comply with all CTCI Company and HSE procedures and policies. Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications 3-6 years’ relevant work experience Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD / Revit. Quality record keeping with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communicator and collaborator Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Previous experience in architectural design or internships in a related field is a plus but not required. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any company. Proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S. will be required upon hire.
