Your Role
Drive business development and nurture both new and existing client relationships. Lead and mentor your team, supporting their professional growth. Oversee design, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance for various projects. Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement new business opportunities and strategies.
️ What You’ll Need
Registered Architect in the State of North Carolina. 10+ years of experience across project types such as corporate interiors, hospitality, multi-family, and education. Proven expertise in business development and team management. Proficiency with CAD software (training provided if needed). Knowledge of sustainable design and certifications is advantageous.
What You’ll Get Salary : $90,000 - $130,000 Hybrid Working : 3 days in the office with flexibility. Benefits : Generous healthcare, dental, and vision coverage. Time Off : 176 hours of PTO. Retirement : 401(K). Culture : Regular social events and team engagement.
