🔧 Your Role

• Drive business development and nurture both new and existing client relationships.
• Lead and mentor your team, supporting their professional growth.
• Oversee design, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance for various projects.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement new business opportunities and strategies.

🏗️ What You’ll Need

• Registered Architect in the State of North Carolina.
• 10+ years of experience across project types such as corporate interiors, hospitality, multi-family, and education.
• Proven expertise in business development and team management.
• Proficiency with CAD software (training provided if needed).
• Knowledge of sustainable design and certifications is advantageous.
