Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Salesperson/Consultant to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in connecting our customers’ dreams with our design team’s expertise to create extraordinary outdoor spaces.

As a Salesperson/Consultant, you will serve as the key liaison between our customers and design team, working closely with clients to understand their vision, budget, and inspiration. Your role will involve facilitating the design process, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the design and planning process.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project budgets, goals, and overall inspiration for their outdoor living spaces.
• Partner with our design team to create detailed and masterful landscaping plans tailored to each customer’s vision.
• Learn and utilize our CRM and estimating software to prepare precise project estimates and proposals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction at every step of the project lifecycle.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, products, and techniques to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Required Experience:
• Background in Sales, architecture, landscaping, horticulture, construction, Interior design, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work with design teams to develop creative, functional, and visually stunning projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and trust in clients.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately manage budgets and estimates.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
• Proficiency in CRM software and/or willingness to learn our systems.
