Adecco Creative is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic / Production Designer to join our marketing team. This role will support both product and promotional initiatives by creating high-quality design assets that will enhance our brand and products.


  • $23-35/hr - weekly pay
  • 40 hours per week
  • Contractor for now; temp to perm for the right fit
  • Must be commutable to Bedford


The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and ideally possess some experience with web platforms like WordPress. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple projects at once, all while collaborating effectively with various internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Production Support:

  • Develop product-related materials, including spec sheets, instruction sheets, packaging design, labels, and boxes.
  • Ensure design consistency and accuracy in all production-related assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary content and information for these materials.


Promotion Support:

  • Design visually engaging marketing materials to promote Litetronics’ products and brand.
  • Develop promotional assets including brochures, trade show graphics, sales flyers, social media graphics, and email campaign visuals.
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to conceptualize and execute design ideas that support promotional strategies.
  • Assist in the development of branding materials and visual identity for new products.


Miscellaneous:

  • Prepare art files for print production, ensuring all files meet print specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining deadlines, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Keep project files well-organized and ensure easy access for future use.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design and marketing experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to gather input from multiple stakeholders and manage projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Nice-to-have: Front-end web development experience, particularly with WordPress.


Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Familiarity with basic web design and front-end development (HTML, CSS, WordPress).
