We are seeking a creative candidate to help run our social media & content for our new Taqueria, Esse Taco, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Must love tacos!

Job Description:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, and on-brand reels, using an iPhone.
• Community Management: Manage and grow our online community by replying to direct messages (DMs), engaging with comments, and fostering positive interactions.
• Monthly Posting Calendar: Plan, build, and manage a monthly social media posting calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content distribution.
• Copywriting: Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, ensuring clear and engaging messaging.
• Influencer Engagement: Identify and track influencers and notable followers to explore potential collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Tracking Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy and improve engagement.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in iPhone photography and videography.
• Expertise in creating on-brand reels.
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to proactively manage and engage with the community.
• Creative mindset to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Understanding of Mexican culture and taco culture to ensure culturally relevant content.
