Work model:
- On-Site
- Own and support business Audio/Video (AV) functions and all conference rooms
- Modify and maintain the AV infrastructure
- Monitor equipment and networks for failures
- Maintain hardware and software with current firmware and patch levels
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure coordination of support efforts
- Provide expertise in the design of new AV systems, rooms, or solutions
- Experience managing and supporting AV systems, including hardware, software, and conferencing platforms like Teams and Zoom
- Skills in designing and maintaining system architecture and documentation
- Ability to concierge IT support for the executive leadership team and enterprise
