Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Assistant to support our event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, managing guest lists, and ensuring seamless event operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and on-site registration.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with event safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
  • Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and provide solutions on the spot.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
