Qualifications you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
Five years of experience required
Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively, offer strategic counsel, build consensus, and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of change management principles is a plus.
Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus

Your key responsibilities:
Develop and execute internal communication plans that align with the company's objectives and values.
Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including enterprise-wide employee newsletters, intranet (SharePoint), and email updates.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal communications to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and events.
Manage employee intranet homepage content updates and prioritization.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for communication initiatives.
Counsel internal partners seeking strategic communication guidance in areas such as communications planning, content development and copy editing.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications.
Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
