Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating visual content for various media, including websites, social media, e-mail marketing and print. You will work closely with our senior designer and other team members to ensure that all designs meet our brand guidelines and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
  • Help ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Assist senior designers in the creation of promotional and advertising materials.
  • Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback.
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
  • This is an on-site job at our office in Tulsa, OK, up to 30 hours per week. A great candidate may be offered a full-time role.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with web design, multimedia content development, photo retouching, and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Basic understanding of print production processes.
