We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. In this supportive role, you will assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities to help drive brand growth and engagement. You will work closely with our marketing team and upper management to execute campaigns and analyze their performance. Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and manage social media content.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
• Support the production of marketing materials, including presentations, promotional content, and printed collateral.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Assist with coordination of trade show and sales presentation planning.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, scheduling, and tracking performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across marketing efforts.

Job Duties

• Create social media posts, schedule posts and engage with followers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website content as needed.
• Organize and manage digital asset libraries, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Proofread and edit marketing copy for accuracy and brand voice.
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for internal and external events.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
• Support the production of marketing materials, including presentations, promotional content, and printed collateral.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, scheduling, and tracking performance.
• Assist with updating spreadsheets used for product data and product pricing. Basic knowledge of Excel required.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in the marketing field
• Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in Adobe Cloud software. Specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with website software. Knowledge of the HubSpot CMS platform is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be able to shift priority or focus as needed.
• Detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and creativity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
