UX Researcher

Location: Onsite in Cupertino, CA

Duration: 9 months

Pay: Up to $70.21/hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a UX Researcher to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 6-month contract.

This role will be 40 hours per week and onsite in Cupertino, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and schedule qualified candidates based on study requirements
• Facilitate, conduct, and lead in-person user studies
• Assist with the development of instructional materials as needed
• Develop and distribute surveys, review and collate survey responses and other feedback
• Document session issues
• Manage participant data including transferring data from test devices or session notes to secure storage
• Assist with data review and clean-up

Qualifications:

• Qualitative user research skills including interviews and usability testing
• Knowledge of ergonomics or usability of consumer products
• Comfortable with executing commands in Mac Terminal
• Familiar with motion capture hardware & software
• Experience with quantitative analysis tools or languages such as Python, R, MatLab, or JMP.
