Job Summary Directs the marketing initiatives in collaboration with the senior executive team. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing the brand strategy and cohesive messaging of the company across digital media, website, and printed marketing components as the company enters a strategic and exciting growth phase. This individual needs to be a front-end resource, driving results for the company through increased awareness in the sector leading to increased revenue generation and improved win rates. Primary Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns owning the lifecycle from connect to final execution to foster growth that aligns with Cenergistic business objectives. Develop robust analytic processes to frame campaign expectations, inform decision-making, and recommend marketing strategies in collaboration with senior executives. Synthesize data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and codify learnings as best practices and identify cost-effective tracking tools. Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across various marketing channels. Create marketing and promotional materials, sales collateral, web content, blog articles, press releases, social media posts, video scripts, and print and electronic copy; edit, proofread, and revise communications. Maintain and manage a small team of freelance specialists for design and video work. If requested by executive leadership, partner with outside firms to conduct a comprehensive market study to determine our brand image and visibility in the K12 and Higher Ed markets. Promote our services through targeted social media and public relations initiatives. Determine ROI-based approach which enables expansion of our business into new segments. Supervise content marketing, nurture marketing, and social media strategy ensuring alignment with Cenergistic brand strategy and organizational standards. Requirements
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field. Proven working experience in digital marketing. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Continue to monitor relevance and update website and collateral as needed to reflect market shifts.
