Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Concord, NC for an Online Community Manager. The Online Community Manager will be responsible for communication, community management, project management, writing, and social media marketing. This role will be designated and measured off growth of online communities of the various brands and entrepreneurial endeavors we are building. Community Manager will be responsible for responding to comments online, building communities by growing emails lists, mentee list, customers list, guest list Ideal Candidate, building engagement by tracking results of community members, ensuring delivery of offerings whether that be products, giveaways, e-books, books, gifts, coaching calls, etc. Community Manager will manage all social media. Manager should anticipate coordinating and working with several virtual assistants to ensure key activities remain ongoing and stay on brand. Manager should plan to measure and recommend changes to activities that would ensure KPIs are met that will include the ultimate goal of building and engaging community. Ideal candidate should be able to adapt to constant change and juggle multiple competing tasks while keeping a positive attitude and an optimistic outlook. Must be willing to perform light warehousing, packaging and mailing work from time to time. Must be very organized and mindful of the overall goals of growth, services and monetization.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in community management and project management
  • Proficiency in social media marketing
  • Proficiency in email markreting
  • Ability to report out results in a consistent and convincing way without being asked
  • Ability to create their own and defend work being done when tasks are not readily being assigned from management, must be able to articulate why a thing was done and why it was important
  • Must have proficiency in Klaviyo, Kajabi, Course Creator, Social Media All Platforms, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, X etc.
  • Must be able to project manage and activate events
  • Must be able to proctor in person or virtually events
  • Must be proficient in social media design and strategy
  • Ability to use Adobe, to create templates, to set monthly plans in place, to adapt as plans change
  • Must be able to represent the company without management oversight
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in online community engagement is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
