Position Overview:
The Content Programming Coordinator supports the creative and administrative needs of the Programming team, collaborating closely with the Content Programming Manager and Lead. This role focuses on managing the ad package workstream and Search Landing Page programming across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in project management, data organization, and content programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editorial Sponsorships:
• Manage the end-to-end workflow for editorial sponsorships, including tracking deliverables, QAing campaigns, and delivering post-wrap reports to the Sales team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sales team queries, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Create and maintain decks showcasing live and past sponsorship campaigns.
• Content Programming:
• Support content scheduling and programming for high-impact Search Landing Pages.
• Assist with tactical content programming and workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Data & Administrative Support:
• Organize and input data accurately to support team initiatives.
• Assist with general administrative and creative tasks as needed, ensuring timely execution of projects.
• Campaign Support:
• Coordinate with advertisers, sellers, and internal teams to track deliverables and ensure campaign success.
• Provide support for ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in content programming, editorial assistance, or a related field (platform, brand, social media, or agency background preferred).
• Proven ability to manage large and small-scale programs or campaigns.
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively across internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in G-Suite tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and creating professional decks/presentations.
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines, particularly during campaign periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in creative, social media, advertising, or agency work.
• Experience with workflows, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with portfolio work (optional but a plus).

• Flexibility with work timings may be required during campaigns or busy periods.
