The Lead Technical & Business Writer will create, edit, and manage high-quality documentation that aligns with organizational standards and meets the needs of diverse audiences. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams—developers, product managers, and executive leadership—to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful technical and business materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze and present complex information in an accessible and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a variety of documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, business process documents, and executive-level presentations.
• Present information in the clearest and most logical format to ensure optimal comprehension and usability.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and complete information for content creation.
• Simplify complex technical concepts and business processes into user-friendly and concise materials.
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery with exceptional quality.
• Conduct usability testing and solicit feedback to refine and enhance documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing and business communication.
• Plan, schedule, and track documentation projects to align with deadlines and publication schedules.
