Hybrid in Columbus/Easton, OH The Lead Technical & Business Writer will create, edit, and manage high-quality documentation that aligns with organizational standards and meets the needs of diverse audiences. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teamsdevelopers, product managers, and executive leadershipto deliver clear, consistent, and impactful technical and business materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze and present complex information in an accessible and concise manner. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a variety of documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, business process documents, and executive-level presentations. Present information in the clearest and most logical format to ensure optimal comprehension and usability. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and complete information for content creation. Simplify complex technical concepts and business processes into user-friendly and concise materials. Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines. Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery with exceptional quality. Conduct usability testing and solicit feedback to refine and enhance documentation. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing and business communication.
