LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID or REMOTE Marketing Automation Manager for a 5 month contract position that could extend in Minnetonka, MN. This is for a medical equipment manufacturing with an excellent reputation.

 

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Automation Manager will effectively advance technical solutions and data-driven marketing capabilities on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data platforms. This role supports the Urology business unit and will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Digital Marketing and Integrated Communications teams with a focus on our patients/consumers.

• Defines business requirements to deliver advanced email, multi-channel and demand generation capabilities based on business unit campaign objectives

• Drives execution of advanced email, multi-channel journeys and lead generation and partners closely with marketing analytics team to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization

• Creates and maintains detailed documentation – i.e. operational processes, workflows, and training

• Collaborates with marketing managers to activate advanced customer segmentation strategies using customer data platform (CDP) and manages the database from a business perspective to ensure strong data integrity and clean data

• Supports team in creating strategies, building business consensus, and enforcing enterprise and BU governance related to maintaining strong digital execution, deliverability and analytics

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts degree in related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a senior business analyst, marketing automation campaign experience, or similar role for Salesforce implementations (or similar platform like Marketo or Eloqua)

• Expert knowledge utilizing the Marketing Cloud platform for advanced marketing campaigns

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud experience

• Solid understanding of data management and database concepts

Pay Details: $37.69 to $48.13 per hour
