Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Concord, NC for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include:
- Consulting projects
- Retail graphics
- Social media graphics
- Developing motion graphics
- Creating logos
- Creating packaging
The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to constant change and juggle multiple competing tasks while keeping a positive attitude. Must be willing to perform light warehousing, packaging, and mailing work if necessary. Candidates must be comfortable talking with vendors, suppliers, buyers, or internal colleagues to get projects completed quickly and troubleshoot as needed. A proactive self-starter capable of creating impactful work assignments is essential. Flexibility and adaptability to stop and start projects abruptly as directed by management is also required.
Qualifications
- Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design skills
- Branding and Typography skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to perform Item Setup
- Ability to 3D mockup retail in-store type graphics
- Ability to develop, adjust, and post Amazon A+ Content
- Ability to mockup in-store displays and online carousel images
- Ability to develop marketing assets
- Ability to develop product packaging
- Ability to develop barcodes
- Ability to communicate changes, graphics, and updates to product suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
