We are seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate our client's brand presence through innovative marketing strategies and dynamic digital engagement. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketing professional with a passion for luxury retail. The Marketing Manager will serve as the key liaison between two existing agents, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and liaise with external agencies to facilitate social, digital, and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Assist in planning, developing, and managing marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Creative Development: Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling content that aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Social Media Oversight: Actively manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, IG Stories, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and email marketing platforms.
- Influencer Engagement: Develop relationships with influencers and leverage social media to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Website & Digital Management: Collaborate with external agencies to maintain the website, optimize imagery, and execute online promotions.
- Community Engagement: Implement strategies to foster meaningful interactions with customers across digital channels.
- Performance Tracking: Define and report key performance metrics (KPIs) related to digital and social media campaigns for the executive team.
- Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging trends by engaging in industry webinars and educational opportunities.
- Passion for the luxury retail industry and the ability to elevate brand identity through creative, strategic marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, web metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, and InDesign is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar).
- Knowledge of Google platforms (Google Analytics, Google My Business) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with agencies and vendors.
- Basic photography and videography skills are highly preferred.
- Experience with on-camera or online talent roles (vlogging, YouTube, social media engagement) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset with a positive work ethic.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in social/digital marketing.
- Knowledge of traditional marketing channels (OOH, OTT, print, radio, email) is a plus but not required.
- Location: Onsite in Metairie, Louisiana.
