Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a dynamic growth marketer to establish and scale our demand generation efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of building a marketing engine from the ground up and directly contribute to driving business growth at an exciting time.

In this role, you’ll own and execute both inbound and outbound marketing strategies to deliver qualified leads to our sales team. You’ll be comfortable experimenting with new channels, optimizing existing ones, and working closely with our founders and early team to refine our go-to-market strategy.

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’ll own key business metrics tied directly to revenue growth, develop a scalable stack, and collaborate with Sales to launch and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

By keeping a lean team, we’ve been able to move fast and want to keep it that way with high performers that take pride in their work. The role will work directly with our Founders and alongside our team in-person in our NYC office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own Demand Generation: Build and execute a comprehensive demand generation plan, balancing both inbound and outbound tactics.
  2. Channel Ownership: Manage key channels such as paid search, paid social, email marketing, ABM, conferences and content while continuously testing new opportunities to reach and engage our audience.
  3. Performance Metrics: Take ownership of critical business metrics, using data to inform decisions and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals and support the team with high-quality leads.
  5. Tech Stack: Select, implement, and optimize marketing tools to drive efficiency and scalability.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 3+ years of B2B demand, growth, or marketing operations experience.
  2. Experience scaling demand gen efforts at a high-caliber seed-Series B company.
  3. Experience running and owning different channels (paid search, ads, content, SEO, outbound campaigns, etc.).
  4. Experience working at strong, API-first companies (Twilio, Plaid, Stripe, etc.).
  5. Self-starter, comfortable experimenting with different strategies and trying out different tools.
