Atlas Machine & Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help drive the success of various campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of digital marketing and enjoys working collaboratively with teams to create engaging marketing materials and strategies.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside the sales teams and account managers to create and implement marketing plans and strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising.
- Help maintain and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, content marketing, and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activity.
- Assist in creating content, including website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
- Consistently review the website for improvements, changes, and updates to ensure it stays current and effective.
- Use analytics to track campaign performance, measure results against KPIs, and report findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and product development to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends for both the machining and compressed air divisions, ensuring marketing strategies reflect current best practices and competitive insights.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Design and update marketing materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing landing pages or user funnels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and ad-serving tools is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Knowledge of creating marketing graphics and materials.
- Experience in marketing in a skilled trade or industrial field is a plus.
