The role: The Marketing Practice Coordinator is a pivotal member of our marketing team, ensuring the seamless coordination of marketing operations and projects. This role requires an organized self-starter who loves managing multiple projects, staying ahead of deadlines, and working with both internal teams and external partners.
Youll play a key role in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly while contributing to the creative energy of our team.
What you will do:
- Project Coordination & Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly.
- Marketing Administrative Support: Assist with team organization, data entry, and managing digital files to keep projects on track.
- Promotional Items & Materials: Manage ordering, inventory, and distribution of branded promotional items and ensure firm collateral is updated and accessible.
- Content Calendar & Channels: Coordinate the marketing editorial calendar and content distribution across internal and external channels.
- Event & Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events, as well as client gifting campaigns.
- Software & Tools: Help organize and manage project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) and support integrations with marketing technology systems like CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- External Collaboration: Work with agency partners and assist in coordinating marketing projects with partner firms, alliances, and sponsorships.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a resource for practice lines and sales teams, ensuring marketing deliverables align with their goals.

- Experience: 3-5 years of project management or marketing operations experience is desirable, but we value a strong willingness to learn and grow. Recent and upcoming college graduates with relevant work or internship experience are eligible to apply.

- Tech Savvy: Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
