Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage Chi’Lantro’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including scheduling and posting content.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to create content ideas that align with the brand.
- Create, Manage, and Assist in producing photos, videos, and graphics for digital campaigns.
- Curate user-generated content (UGC) and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Help coordinate local events, promotions, and collaborations with influencers or partners.
- Support paid advertising campaigns by organizing creative assets and tracking performance.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Maintain an organized content calendar.
- Assist with community outreach and sponsorship requests.
- Track expenses and assist in managing the marketing budget.
- Oversee loyalty and rewards program promotions, ensuring customer retention.
- Plan and execute community outreach initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Monitor customer feedback and trends, adapting strategies to align with customer preferences.
- Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
- Partner with local influencers and media to generate organic and paid buzz.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing.
- Familiarity with running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, iMovie, or Adobe Premiere).
- Creativity: Passion for developing innovative campaigns and engaging content.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
