Job Summary:

Our client, a Media and PR Agency, is seeking a dynamicAccount Supervisorwith a strong background in multicultural marketing, particularly withinAsian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities.

This role will lead high-profile retail-focused accounts, developing and executingintegrated brand campaignsthat connect brands withmulticultural audiences, influencers, and community-based organizations.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of multicultural consumer behavior, with apreference for those who have worked with AAPI communities. Experience in retail marketing is a plus. This role involvesclient relations, strategic campaign planning, media and influencer outreach, and team management.

Position: Influencer, Account Supervisor

Location:Los Angeles, CA, hybrid 2 days in Pico/Robertson/Beverly Hills area

Reports to:VP, Sr. Client Partner

Salary Range:$85,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadintegrated brand campaignsfor retail-focused clients, ensuring strategies resonate with multicultural and mass-market audiences.
• Serve as atrusted client partner, managing relationships at senior levels and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Oversee and guide campaign activations, includingmedia outreach, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
• Develop compellingpress materialsand oversee communications strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally withcreative, strategic, PR, and production teamsto deliver award-winning campaigns.
• Identifynew business opportunities, driving growth for both clients and the agency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Provideleadership and mentorshipto direct reports.Mentor and manage1-2 Account Coordinators, fostering team growth and collaboration.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and team performance.
• Offerconstructive feedbackand coaching for professional development.
• Support a culture ofknowledge-sharing and collaborationacross teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Deep experience working with AAPI communitiesand a passion for multicultural marketing.
• Strong knowledge ofdiverse cultural insights and consumer behaviors.
5+ years of experiencein advertising, PR, media, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record leadingintegrated brand campaignsand influencer-driven activations.
Retail marketing experience preferred, but not required.
• Exceptionalcommunication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and managemultiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working inhybrid, in-office settings (2 days per week required).
• Willingness totravel for client eventsand activations as needed.
