Position: Studio Manager at StretchLab – Shrewsbury
The General Manager will be responsible for driving top-tier performance of the location, membership agreements, operations, membership retention, and revenues.
Qualifications:
Experience in leading teams and selling memberships in the areas of gyms, boutique fitness/wellness, or other consumer-facing monthly membership-based modalities.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability.
The role will focus on driving exceptional sales and service across multiple studios, with the ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams.
Responsible for driving top-tier performance of studios benchmarked to the brand average of various KPIs.
Strong sales & leadership experience - Drive and retain membership sales.
Supervise Sales Representatives and manage staff schedules with a positive attitude and affinity to help others achieve goals.
Clear oral and written communication - Provide exceptional customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone, and email.
Collect outstanding dues.
Enforce studio policies and procedures related to studio operations.
Lead generation including some grassroots marketing and networking.
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities.
Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
Support the Owner in team and business development.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Other duties as assigned.
