Exempt Position Summary The Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement will assist in the creation of graphic designs and social media content for Maverick Athletics. The position will oversee on-the-ground game-day production activation for assigned sporting events, along with writing game day scripts and planning game day atmosphere activities. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the development, ideation, and execution of special themed nights for athletic events and coordinating special events for the department. Assist in the creation of graphic designs and social media content for Maverick Athletics Develop marketing/print/web/social ads and graphics for tickets, game day posts, special events, and in-game promotions Oversee email strategy and communication of special promotions Special Events

Coordinate Military Appreciation Night Coordinate Elementary School Day for Basketball Coordinate College World Series Manage Summer Programming Game Day and Event Management

Assist in game day atmosphere initiatives Write game-day scripts for all sports Oversee on-the-ground game-day production activation for assigned events Assist in the development, ideation, and execution of special themed nights for athletic events Collaboration

Work with communications, marketing, coaches, staff, and video teams Collaborate with team coaches and personnel to execute new ideas and initiatives to promote Maverick Athletics Other Duties Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
