The Manager for Marketing and Creative Media will report to the Assistant Athletic Director for Strategic Communications and will be responsible for creating video content, as well as handling marketing and promotional needs for the Athletics Department.

Additionally, this role will be tasked with producing live events and developing creative video content to enhance awareness, attendance, and revenue for the Athletics Department. The Manager should have a proven track record in video content creation, digital marketing, creative services, and social media creation and posting.

Position Duties Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and creative services plan in that will increase awareness, drive attendance and revenue, and promote the brand of Pace Athletics and Pace University, with special emphasis on creative video. Produce creative video content for the athletic department, including but not limited to highlights, hype videos, interviews, profiles, feature/special interest stories, advertisements, etc. Content will be distributed via paceuathletics.com, Pace Athletics and its varsity team's social media channels and traditional media outlets. Archive and log video content. Produce fan engagement videos, as well as animated and graphic video content for in-venue videoboards. Occasionally shoot photos. Oversight of Pace Athletics live video production on designated streaming platform to include pre-production and/or directing of live streamed events. Hire, train and evaluate part-time and student video production staff/interns that will be responsible for directing, producing, camera operation, graphics and replay duties in-game. Assist in developing and executing the digital and social media strategy for the athletics department and sport programs. Design branded elements for use in digital mediums. Assist in coordination of special events (i.e. fundraising events, Hall of Fame, Senior Banquet, etc.) by providing and/or arranging video support, including, but not limited to, video content for each program/event, interviews, highlights/recaps, etc. Coordination of the Pace Athletics mascot as well as Spirit Squads, for games and special events. Liaison to student-engagement on special events on campus; meet monthly with the office of student engagement and campus life (Greeks, clubs) on co-promotion(s). Primary contact for on-campus student marketing initiatives. Performs other such duties as may be assigned from time to time. Position Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, film/video production, photo journalism, communications, graphic design, or a closely related field to the position. At least one (1) year (12 months) of professional work experience in areas including non-linear video editing, motion graphics, video lighting and composition, camera operation, graphics design, audio recording, video production, or a closely related professional area. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After Effects Experience with DSLR and video cameras preferred. Position requires considerable initiative, creativity, and independence Evidence of strong communication skills preferred. Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM with additional hours as needed. Occasional evening, weekend and holiday work will be necessary.

Requirements

Driver's license. CPR/AED certified or ability to obtain.
