JOB DESCRIPTION:
We seek a talented and data-driven Senior CRO Web Content Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating and optimizing high-converting content that drives lead generation, improves user engagement, and supports cloud-native and cloud-first audiences. You will work closely with the CRO and marketing teams to align content strategies with conversion goals, leveraging data to refine and enhance performance.
What you'll do...
- Content Development for Conversion:
- Create and optimize content assets such as landing pages, email copy, blog posts, and gated content to drive conversions and improve lead quality.
- Develop targeted content strategies tailored to cloud-native and cloud-first audiences.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to produce visually compelling and high-performing content.
- Ensure content aligns with the target audience’s needs, pain points, and journey stages.
- Create and optimize email nurture campaigns that support the customer journey, accelerate conversion, and improve lead quality for sales.
- A/B Testing and Optimization:
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for content elements, including headlines, CTAs, and page layouts.
- Use data and analytics to iterate and refine content for maximum conversion performance.
- Audience Segmentation and Personalization:
- Develop content tailored to specific audience segments and personas, focusing on cloud-first and cloud-native user needs.
- Implement personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Trial Content Optimization:
- Develop and refine content designed to support trial users, emphasizing features and benefits that drive adoption and trial completion.
- Collaborate with the CRO and product teams to optimize trial flows and content touchpoints.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize nurtures for trial engagement and completion goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze content performance metrics such as click-through rates, form fills, and bounce rates.
- Use insights to identify optimization opportunities and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Strategy Alignment:
- Work closely with CRO, UX, product, and marketing teams to ensure content supports overall optimization goals.
- Align content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
- SEO Integration:
- Optimize content for search engines to ensure it attracts high-quality traffic.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and incorporate them into content strategies.
Who you are...
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or CRO.
- Proven track record of creating high-converting content that drives measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range: $68,000 - $195,500.
