The Corporate Partnerships Solutions Team is the creative and strategy arm of Corporate Partnerships that is ultimately tasked with helping generate revenue and drive value for the team’s corporate partners. As a Partnership Creative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the Sales and Engagement teams in creating design solutions that have a high visual impact, are differentiating, and drive engagement for current / prospective partners in the marketplace.

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a project manager for all partnership creative requests, such as graphic design and content development, to showcase how the Pistons can partner with high-profile local and global brands.
  • Develop brand creative for partners to be used for in-arena, digital media, and physical signage as needed.
  • Lead all Partnership Sales and Engagement team members on the development of creative for sales decks, renewals, presentations, recap videos, activation videos, etc.
  • Serve as liaison between the Corporate Partnership Team and the Digital, Video Production, and Marketing teams, etc., in all matters that relate to partner creative projects to ensure efficient processes and approvals.
  • Ensure alignment with marketing and creative teams to maintain consistent application of brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative solutions for a library of platforms and inventory that the Sales and Engagement groups will apply for proposals and upsells.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for various marketing materials
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Data & Analytics team to visualize provided data and present it in a consumer-friendly way.
  • Work closely with Partnership Sales and Engagement representatives to make sure that the workflow is supporting the timelines and creative/strategic needs of partners.
  • Attend meetings pertaining to individual projects or brainstorming.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to report on and discuss ongoing owned projects.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the team.

Required Skills, Experience & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Proficiency in creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point, Word and Excel
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Self-motivated and have sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to exercise sound discretionary judgment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teammates and partners.
  • Ability to continually manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Effective communicator with strong people skills.
  • Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holidays
