Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Creative Director Assistant to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with the Creative Director to enhance our brand presence through social media, marketing initiatives, and diverse creative projects. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering community connections and narrating our story to inspire our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management: Support the creation, scheduling, and dissemination of captivating content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly, while generating creative concepts for reels and posts that showcase our offerings.
  2. Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote events, seasonal specials, and more, ensuring our website content remains timely and reflective of our brand identity.
  3. Graphic Design: Design visually compelling graphics for our various marketing channels. Ensure consistency in our brand presence across all platforms.
  4. Content Creation: Capture and edit photography and videography of our products, events, and café ambiance. Work in conjunction with the Creative Director to translate ideas into visual representations.
  5. Administrative Support: Oversee content planning calendars and organize project materials to facilitate efficient workflows.
  6. Brand Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and creative tools. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm fresh engagement strategies and enhance our brand storytelling.
Required Skills

  1. Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook).
  2. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and website management platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Shopify).
  3. Basic graphic design capabilities utilizing software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Strong photography and videography skills, including basic editing experience.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  6. Highly organized, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  7. A creative mindset coupled with a keen eye for design and branding.
Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in social media management or related fields.
  2. Knowledge of graphic design and content creation is advantageous.
  3. A genuine passion for coffee, food, and community engagement is essential.
