Caledonia Library Association
The Caledonia Library Association seeks a dynamic director to lead our newly renovated library as we evolve to meet the changing needs of our community. Our expanded space blends a historic building on the National Registry with a 2024 expansion that more than doubled our footprint and added a new meeting room. The successful candidate will engage the community, develop a robust calendar of programs and events, and provide leadership as we grow our funding for the future.
About the Caledonia Community
The Caledonia Library Association serves just over 4,100 community members in the rural town of Caledonia in Livingston County, less than half an hour outside of Rochester. Our historic village is home to the first fish hatchery in the country, located on the scenic Spring Creek, memorialized by the annual Trout Festival. The library is part of a vibrant main street with restaurants, art galleries, and antique shops. The Caledonia-Mumford School District serves about 800 students.
