A client of ours in the design industry located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This position is responsible for supporting the digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and brand promotion efforts while contributing to the success of the marketing department. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary: $47,000 - $50,000 per year
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

1. Assist in crafting and refining marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
2. Keep the company’s website and social media platforms updated with fresh, relevant content.
3. Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
4. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
5. Support in organizing and promoting events like vendor presentations, workshops, industry conferences, trade shows, and career fairs.
6. Handle logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, and managing attendee communications.
7. Assist with managing online advertising campaigns, including social media ads.
8. Support in optimizing website content for better performance.
9. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.
10. Help Directors prepare proposals by gathering, editing, and producing necessary materials.
11. Manage day-to-day marketing administrative tasks such as printing, binding, and distributing information within the firm.
12. Maintain and update the marketing database.
