Our brand spans multiple touchpoints including digital art, social media, fashion merchandise, music events, community meetups, and digital applets. We blend social media technology with authentic community building both online and offline.
About the Role:
We're seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer who can deliver exceptional user experiences while pushing creative boundaries. Working across our ecosystem of design-focused lifestyle applets, web tools, and social media applications, you'll create intuitive, forward-thinking interfaces that balance functional excellence with innovative design. Working closely with our graphic designer and full-stack developer, you'll craft cohesive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the full UX/UI design process with focus on user-centered solutions
- Create distinctive interfaces that combine usability with fresh design approaches
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems
- Conduct thorough user research and usability testing
- Drive both functional excellence and creative vision
- Ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating both strong usability and creative vision
- Expert understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience building and documenting cohesive design systems
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research and testing methodologies
- Ability to balance user needs with innovative design solutions
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches

- Develop unique interaction patterns for web-based tools and utilities
- Build cohesive cross-platform experiences that work seamlessly across devices
- Design innovative yet approachable onboarding flows for various user types
- Create and maintain a unified design system that scales across our product suite
- Implement novel solutions for community engagement and social interaction
- Design real-time chat and messaging interfaces that balance functionality with style
Day-to-Day You'll:
- Collaborate with developers on implementation details and technical constraints
- Run user testing sessions to validate new design approaches
- Create high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder review
- Document design patterns and interaction guidelines
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Present design work and receive feedback from stakeholders
- Mentor other team members on UX best practices
Technical Skills:
- Expert in Figma
- Understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations
- Knowledge of current accessibility standards
- Experience with user testing tools
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
