About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Regional Marketing to spearhead the marketing efforts across various regions, including Europe, Latin America, North America, India, and Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams, creating and implementing regional marketing strategies, and ensuring the brand's consistency and impact across different channels. This senior leadership role involves driving growth in SVOD, theatrical, publishing, and gaming and requires a deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and the ability to tailor campaigns to local audiences. The VP will also play a key role in managing regional publicity, social media, event marketing, and paid media efforts, with a focus on increasing awareness, driving subscriptions, and building a strong community. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in regional marketing, with a strong background in the entertainment, culture, and fandom space. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in pop culture, up-to-date on the latest trends, and have experience in SVOD and theatrical marketing. A background in brand agencies, tech, or entertainment is preferred. The role requires fluency in English and one additional language, as well as a willingness to travel. The VP will be expected to lead, mentor, and develop regional marketing teams, and must have a proven track record of managing diverse functions and skills within a global organization. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to align global objectives with regional initiatives are essential for this position.
