About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to spearhead the global customer acquisition strategy in close collaboration with the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a diverse team of channel marketers, web marketers, and partner marketing professionals to drive new revenue and meet performance marketing goals. This executive will play a pivotal role in the marketing leadership team, contributing to the overall company strategy, and will be expected to have a hands-on approach to managing a growing advertising budget, optimizing marketing channels, and redesigning the website to enhance conversion. The role demands a leader with a strong background in B2B and small business acquisition marketing, particularly in the SAAS industry, and a deep understanding of both paid and owned marketing channels. Applicants for the VP of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B and small business acquisition marketing, with a focus on SAAS. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing a team and achieving goals at the C-suite level, as well as at least 6 years of experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams. Global experience is essential, with the ability to tailor and optimize marketing strategies based on regional market insights. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and a strong background in marketing metrics and tools.
