About the Team The vision of the Global Business Marketing (GBM) Team is to create a global brand that amplifies our mission and establishes TikTok as a unique and critical investment for the industry we serve. TikTok's Global Brand Studio produces business entertainment that promotes TikTok-first thinking, servicing global business marketing teams and regional business marketing teams through a scalable approach. About The Role The Global Brand Studio - North America Experiential Strategy Manager will provide strategic support and guidance across some of TikTok most influential B2B event moments. They will be responsible for partnering with key Global Business Marketing, Global Business Solutions and Product stakeholders to drive event strategy for North America's roadmap of client events and brand experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with proven experience as an event producer and strategic thought partner. This role requires an understanding of the B2B events landscape and familiarity with industry events like CES, SXSW, NewFronts, Advertising Week. Key candidates will have strong communication and project management skills, strong drive to creatively problem solve and strong desire to implement operational rigor.

This position reports to the Global Experiential Strategy Lead.

Responsibilities - This role will actively participate in the strategic setup of events, helping to direct and influence a cohesive and impactful experiential strategy across North America. Events may include but not limited to: CES, SXSW, NewFronts, TTW, Advertising Week. - Facilitate strategic briefing sessions for all tentpole events across the North America roadmap. - Partner closely with key cross-functional business stakeholders to align business needs, establish clear KPI's and write clear briefs for Studio teams. - Collaborate closely with the Global Experiential Lead to align the project with broader organizational goals and to set the stage for successful execution. - Collaborate with North America Events team on activation plans, budget scenarios and project development across all Global Brand Studio disciplines - Design, Copy, Video, Creative Development and Operations. - Provide strategic briefings and guidance to ensure the project is kicked off with a well-defined and strategic foundation. - Conduct post-event analysis, gather data on client engagement, lead generation, and other relevant metrics to continuously optimize future event strategy and impact. - Demonstrate an operational mindset - proficiency in driving timelines and meetings, strong project management expertise, effective communication skills, and adaptability to changing needs of the business. - Contribute to foundational team operations such as event roadmap, budget trackers and resourcing scenarios. - Develop playbooks, toolkits and resources that support sales teams and scale work. - Industry Trends & Competitive Research - Explore new event formats and technologies to better engage audiences and create impact. - Evaluate industry trends and experiential activations to evolve our overall strategy. - Provide experiential recaps and competitive research of industry events to improve teams knowledge, planning and expertise.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifciations - Minimum 4 years of direct experience. - Event lead experience in executing a wide variety of large-budget experiences in entertainment and tech event spaces. Large-scale activations at client-facing industry events is a must. - Proven history of collaborating across multiple marketing disciplines to align and meet event goals. - Ability to create decks, presentations, budgets, run-of-show documents, etc. - Ability to stay organized and lead multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines. - Demonstrated capacity to cultivate strong relationships within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications - Ability to communicate clearly while operating in a fast-paced environment.
