Overview:

The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead initiatives designed to cultivate deep fandom, enhance fan loyalty, and drive measurable outcomes across all touchpoints. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies that leverage advanced segmentation and personalization techniques , implement impactful loyalty programs, and build seamless customer journeys from scratch to maximize engagement and lifetime value (LTV). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven ability to build innovative sales funnels, define success metrics, and drive meaningful results through data-driven marketing strategies.

Role Responsibilities:



Customer Segmentation and Personalization: • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to target key fanbase segments with tailored messaging, offers, and experiences. • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust personalization initiatives across direct and digital channels, ensuring meaningful, 1:1 connections with fans. •

Loyalty Programs: • Design and implement innovative loyalty programs that drive repeat engagement and foster long-term fan relationships. • Benchmark industry-leading loyalty frameworks and propose actionable strategies to create unique, high-impact loyalty initiatives. •

Customer Journey and Funnel Development: • Architect end-to-end customer journeys that move fans seamlessly through acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and reactivation phases. • Build sales funnels from the ground up to support fan engagement goals and optimize conversion rates across touchpoints. •

Fan Engagement and Retention: • Partner with Analytics to define loyalty metrics, uncover drivers of loyalty, and build scoring models to evaluate fan behaviors. • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Experience teams to reduce churn and enhance the value proposition of fan membership or participation. • Lead test-and-learn initiatives to identify effective strategies for engagement, personalization, and fan experience improvements. •

Data-Driven Marketing: • Work with Marketing Technology and Digital Marketing teams to ensure high-quality, actionable data is accessible for campaign activation. • Develop dashboards to monitor key loyalty metrics, behavioral trends, and campaign performance. •

Partnership Development: • Identify new opportunities and partnerships to enhance the value of loyalty programs, providing innovative ideas to external stakeholders. •

Innovation and Research: • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in segmentation, personalization, and fan loyalty to maintain a competitive edge. • Research successful fan engagement programs and apply learnings to continuously evolve loyalty strategies. • Support other loyalty, affinity marketing, and departmental initiatives as needed.

Role Qualifications:



Educational Background: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required. •

Experience: • Eight or more years of experience in customer relationship management, loyalty marketing, or related fields. • Extensive experience developing segmentation strategies and applying personalization principles in data-driven marketing. • Demonstrated success in designing and launching loyalty programs and building sales funnels from scratch. • Proven ability to drive conversion, increase retention, and grow customer lifetime value (LTV). •

Technical and Analytical Skills: • Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making. • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies, marketing automation, and attribution programs. •

Soft Skills: • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. • Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to all levels of an organization. •

Additional Requirements: • Experience managing marketing budgets, projecting, and tracking expenses. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
