The VP, Multicultural Integrated Marketing Campaigns will work on the Agency's largest telecom/mobile account specializing in MCM/Hispanic and African American segment insights, work and process, serving as the lead driver of the 360 Influencer-led integrated campaigns and main contact between client and agency teams in NY and LA. They are responsible for driving results, day-to-day mgmt. and creative deployment of all campaigns, which include TV, CTV, Programmable, Digital Videos, Radio, Audio streams, Social activation and acquisition/upgrade Direct mail, emails, print, and customer comms.
Goal is to become the lead liaison to the Client's VP, Multicultural Marketing, steward the account, lead production shoots and help manage the agency team to support the Partner running this business, and take pressure off her day-to-day involvement in everything

Being both a team player and self-starter are required. Equally comfortable in a lean entrepreneurial agency and client corporate environment. We are looking for the right fit, so the level can vary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day-to-day Hispanic and African American campaigns, projects and account team, ensuring they are on-strategy, accurate and timely. It is extremely important that the VP build a strong business relationship with our senior and mid-level clients, instill trust, manage their expectations, as well as support Account team and Senior agency leadership.
Takes lead in clients' marketing and advertising strategies Leads team to provide the utmost level of client service and build strong relationships Able to understand client's business (competitors/industry), products and promotions Lead the strategy and tactical execution of Hispanic and African American DRTV and brand campaigns to meet business goals Delivers best-in-class Brand and Direct strategies and creative, providing critical insights, best practices and direction to internal teams and clients Has mastered the Account Director core competencies and has a keen ability to lead marketing efforts in a data centric manner and manage clients' multiple projects Serves as a key Client/agency liaison, builds relationship and trust as an advisor, strategic leader, and day-to-day manager to client(s) at the VP, Director, and manager levels. Requires strong strategic leadership, diverse ethnic consumer segment knowledge and insights, analytical acumen, executional proficiency, and high attention to detail Oversee the integration with agency departments (creative, deliverables, strategy, etc.) Assure all teams are aligned and consistent in brand/product messaging and claims Lead communication with internal teams to manage client expectations and deadlines Able to lead TV/Digital production shoots and travel as necessary Lead communication with clients, conference calls and ensure overall work quality Research African American trends and insights and apply learnings to campaign briefs and creative briefings and management of campaign development Lead ongoing agency/client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and reporting Analyze and summarize results on a weekly basis and identify opportunity areas Monitor campaign budgets, work with teams to assure billing is organized, accurate and timely, and effectively communicate changes in costs to client and agency leadership Tracks SOW budgets, ensures growth and profitability, and keeps agency leadership apprised of key opportunities, risks and nuances which affect the health of the business Presents high level overview of direct/marketing landscape and results, new opportunities to grow the client's business and challenges the status quo with alternate approaches Manages up, down and sideways effectively across teams. Aligns with leadership goals, keeps them always informed, is accountable, provides clear direction, expectations and coaches direct reports/junior staff, and responsible for clear briefings, input and follow-up with peers in other areas/depts. involved in every project REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
BS/BA degree, (MBA a plus),10-15 years of MCM marketing or related work experience Must have strong leadership skills and experience managing a team, as well as proven results-orientation and equally an ability to be hands on. Must have previous DRTV/Digital experience and MCM segment expertise Experience with a Telecom/Mobile category and/or subscription services desired Strong project management capabilities, organization skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a demanding but highly collaborative environment Team-oriented, driven, focused, passionate and level-headed under pressure Pro-active and self-starter who takes the initiative on tasks and is solutions oriented Travel to Client offices and shoots required Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, Adobe Acrobat, AI based Project Mgmt., content management and AI tools
