Job Summary:

Our client, a Media and PR Agency, is seeking a dynamic Account Supervisor with a strong background in multicultural marketing, particularly within Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities .

This role will lead high-profile retail-focused accounts, developing and executing integrated brand campaigns that connect brands with multicultural audiences, influencers, and community-based organizations .

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of multicultural consumer behavior, with a preference for those who have worked with AAPI communities . Experience in retail marketing is a plus. This role involves client relations, strategic campaign planning, media and influencer outreach, and team management .

Position: Influencer, Account Supervisor

Location: Los Angeles, CA, hybrid 2 days in Pico/Robertson/Beverly Hills area

Reports to: VP, Sr. Client Partner

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated brand campaigns for retail-focused clients, ensuring strategies resonate with multicultural and mass-market audiences. • Serve as a trusted client partner , managing relationships at senior levels and ensuring client satisfaction. • Oversee and guide campaign activations, including media outreach, influencer collaborations, and community engagement . • Develop compelling press materials and oversee communications strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategic, PR, and production teams to deliver award-winning campaigns. • Identify new business opportunities , driving growth for both clients and the agency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports.Mentor and manage 1-2 Account Coordinators , fostering team growth and collaboration. • Monitor workflow, productivity, and team performance. • Offer constructive feedback and coaching for professional development. • Support a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:



Deep experience working with AAPI communities and a passion for multicultural marketing. • Strong knowledge of diverse cultural insights and consumer behaviors . •

5+ years of experience in advertising, PR, media, or digital marketing. • Proven track record leading integrated brand campaigns and influencer-driven activations. •

Retail marketing experience preferred , but not required. • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills . • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment . • Comfortable working in hybrid, in-office settings (2 days per week required) . • Willingness to travel for client events and activations as needed.
