Location:  Detroit, MI  (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Business Developer Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our target audience. This position requires a creative mindset and a keen understanding of market trends, as you will assist in the planning and implementation of various marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences for campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and webinars.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related fields, ideally in a coordinator role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects.
