  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proven experience and established relationships in the natural product channel.
  • A successful history in managing retail marketing initiatives that drive sales growth.
  • Sharp analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights for improved performance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPINS, IRI, and Nielsen, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Scope of Role:

  • Establish the Trade Marketing function within the organization, serving as the critical link between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement targeted trade marketing strategies to enhance sales, increase market share, and improve retail visibility across various channels.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams—partnering with sales, marketing, and retail divisions to support promotional initiatives, product launches, and in-store activations.
  • Utilize market data, retailer metrics, and consumer insights to optimize trade campaigns and assess their effectiveness.
  • Manage and oversee trade marketing budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and tracking return on investment is consistent.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners to bolster brand presence using tailored promotions, effective displays, and category management strategies.
