Weare seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead andexecute strategies that build sales pipeline and enhance our brand'svisibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digitalcontent marketing, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, event management, leadgeneration and team leadership. You will play a key role in creating andimplementing high-impact marketing campaigns, serving as a liaison betweensales and marketing teams, and mentoring a team of professionals in afast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to align with business goals and increase brand visibility.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, campaigns, and messaging.
- Create and review high-quality, original content for social media campaigns, blog, case studies, email marketing, and website updates.
- Manage the company's online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, blogs, and other media sites.
- Organize and join Live events, Live Conferences, and LinkedIn Live Events for generating leads.
- Generate lead via joining industry conferences.
- Review sales calls to suggest and update sales call transcripts.
- Build relationship with Databricks, Snowflake and other technology partners to generate leads.
- Analyze, Plan and execute social media and email advertising campaigns, measuring their success through data-driven insights.
- Build and monitor the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging across web and social media channels.
- Maintain and manage online reviews and customer feedback across various platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and designers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Conduct interviews with employees and customers to develop engaging content, including social media posts, reviews, and video testimonials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute webinars, podcasts, and LinkedIn Live events.
- Manage website content, ensuring it remains up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic traffic and increase search visibility.
- Utilize data analysis to understand audience behaviors, identify patterns, and optimize content marketing and link-building efforts.
- Implement copywriting, behavioral analysis, and marketing automation techniques to scale and improve processes.
- 10+ years of experience in digital content marketing and strategy, lead generation, event management with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Experienced in organizing company marketing events, drive registrants to those events
- Experienced in generating leads by joining conferences.
- 20% travel may be required for events, conferences, customer and internal meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and present ideas effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and blogging tools.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles and branding strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
