About the Role

The VP will also be deeply involved in shaping outreach strategies to media, community members, and donors, and will be at the forefront of a landmark campaign as part of the company's ambitious 10-year strategic framework. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and political landscapes that influence the Greater Los Angeles region. They should be a strategic and visionary thinker, adept at using data and new technologies to deliver compelling messaging, and experienced in setting and executing marketing and communication strategies. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in change management, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for social justice and equity.
