About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Demand Generation and Field Marketing to lead our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will bring a wealth of experience in B2B demand generation, especially within the enterprise software sector. Your leadership will drive customer targeting, integrated marketing campaigns, field marketing initiatives, account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, and marketing automation to achieve both net new and expansion revenue goals.

The right candidate will design and execute scalable, data-driven strategies that generate a substantial volume of qualified opportunities. You will collaborate closely with sales, revenue operations, product marketing, and various marketing teams to ensure the effectiveness of our growth and expansion strategies.

Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years in B2B demand generation and at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Your expertise in managing content and fostering engagement throughout the buyer's journey is crucial, as is your experience in deploying integrated marketing approaches and optimizing response rates and measurable pipeline contributions.

We value a strong background in modern marketing tools and channels, proven abilities in driving results, and a comprehensive understanding of demand funnel KPIs. Proficiency in ABM, inbound lead generation, and field marketing is essential for success in this role. As VP, you will lead a global marketing team, define impactful marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with our sales revenue objectives.
