We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product Marketing and Customer Lifecycle Management to lead our go-to-market strategies and innovative campaigns. This role is essential for increasing product adoption and engagement by gaining a deep understanding of the customer journey and implementing product-led growth initiatives. As a successful candidate, you will have significant experience in B2B and SaaS industries, focusing on customer segmentation and user engagement. You will oversee the creation of impactful marketing materials tailored to various audience segments and ensure our offerings resonate across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

To qualify, you should have at least 12 years of experience in product marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. A strong background in market research is crucial. Excellent organizational, project management, and presentation skills are required, along with a collaborative spirit to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. You will lead a dedicated team, collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success teams, utilizing data-driven insights to assess the impact of marketing initiatives. Importantly, you will be the customer’s voice within the organization, ensuring that the product’s value is effectively communicated and our market positioning remains competitive.
